Would you rather live in a place you love or live someplace close to family?

close to family.  We've thought about moving several times but always decide not to because both of our families live very close to us.  I want our kids to have a great relationship with their grandparents.

That depends...dh's family or mine?  Cuz I was never tempted to move to Hawaii when all of his family lived there.  Now if my family lived in Hawaii, I'd be there in a heartbeat!  I'm in Oregon right now to be close to my family and you know, it's rainy and cold, but I love it now that I'm back here.

But I already have both!  I guess I'll vote for close to family since I have a good relationship with the rents.

I love living where I do.  We're just far enough away from my family so that I can miss them and really enjoy the times we spend together!

Close to family...thankfully I LOVE where we live and it is super close to family.  No matter how beautiful your location there is nothing better than having endless amounts of free childcare!
