Swollen cheeks

DD is getting her molars.  I think she is getting 3 (she already has 1), but it's hard to tell because she bites my finger anytime I try to feel around.  Her cheeks are super red, but have also become swollen (almost hard), and almost have a blue tinge to them.  Has anyone else seen this?  I am thinking of giving her some infant motrin.

I've never heard of a baby's cheek turning bluish being a good thing. Call your doctor's office.

I would call the doctor too.  Blue doesn't sound good.
