How long did it take...

for your DC to get use to not swaddling? I am on my third day and last night was brutal! During the day they are doing ok, but the naps have gotten significantly shorter. I have the added hardship that they sleep in the same room so as soon as I hear any little peep I am jumping up so one dosen't wake the other!

    Mine outgrew it around 5-6 mo.  Mine still sleep in the same room and don't really wake each other.

    It took them each three days.

    One thing is to consider not jumping up to stop them from waking the other one up.  Letting them learn to sleep through their twin's noise will be a benefit in the long term
