This group is for those of us dealing with male factor issues. We welcome everyone but mostly we are dealing with low count, motility, morphology or all three. Male infertility is a mysterious world filled with questions no one, including REs, urologists, acupuncturists or anyone else seem to have the answers to. Any treatment suggested is a coin toss for success and a 3 month wait for a fresh batch of swimmers. Most of us are told the only answer is IUI or IVF w/ICSI. The purpose of this group is to support each other through shared experiences and to share any info we can because the more informed we are the better. We have a check in every Monday morning but I will try to post a link later in the afternoon/evening also. Welcome and baby dust to all!

Updates:
1.) Anyone have betas or testing this week?
2.) Anyone have any updates or find out any new info?
Question of the week: No one submitted any ?s. I would love to hear a MFI song set to the tune of Jingle Bells or some other holiday song...if any of you are bored at work and have time to kill. Ya know, something silly to keep our spirits up for the holidays? Or any other random silliness you would like to share to give us all a laugh!
If anyone would like to join, please add your info to this post or email me at MFI.Support @ Gmail. Com Please send suggestions for QOTW to that same address! TIA.
Happy Holidays to Everyone!
Re: MFI Weekly Check In
I am not sure what "low all 3" means, but MH's count is really high. Just motility and morphology are low.
Updates: IVF #2 turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Thye urologist has said there is nothing he can do for MH since he does not have a varicocele. We are trying to decide if we'll do another fresh IVF cycle in a couple months or try a FET.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
CONGRATS to iluvtom!!! YAY!
No updates here. We did watch a video of the varricocele surgery DH is having in January...I'm not sure if that was a good thing for DH to do or not.
It was helpful to know what exactly is being done, but, understandably, he is freaked out about a surgery "down there"
Happy holidays everyone!

So great to see a BFP. Congrats!!!! I am currently in a heated debate with myself over when to test. Christmas will be 13 dpo. I just can't decide if I should do it or not. I say I won't let it ruin Christmas but I am not sure I mean it. I may just wait till Friday like FF says I should.
So sorry to hear your news, Kimarino.
No updates here. Still waiting for my doctor to call me back and tell me what the next steps are. I'm still searching for information on percetage vs. grade motility.
In the meantime, we're just going to keep trying and hope for the best.
Nothing exciting here for us. We're just biding time until we're able to decide how to pay for IVF and such.
I'm sure if I mentioned an MFI song my DH could come up with something, since he's always singing something inappropriate....
