    LMAO.  I don't drink coffee or soda, either. 

    What's shakin' bacon?  I see that you are in inservice?  I sub tomorrow all day for the vocal teacher.  *yawn*  I'm sure she'll assign "study hall" all day.

    Yup, tomorrow is the last day before break.  We started 2 weeks late (1 week later than planned) because of construction.  Due to that, school now begins at 8:00 am and our breaks are shortened.

    Well, I was going to finish baking up my shortbread cookies.  I made a couple of batches the other night and put the rest of the dough in the fridge (covered) to finish later.  I pulled it out just a few minutes ago and it is hard as a rock.  *pout*

    I thought about adding a little bit of milk, but I worry about it "ruining" the dough.  The recipe only calls for flour, sugar, and butter.  I just checked it again and it seems to be softening up a little bit.  Maybe it just needs to warm up.

    I'm starting to get pretty excited about my trip.  It will be an adventure that I probably won't be able to do again for a long time.  I'll be able to eat food we don't have here, stay up all night and sleep in if I want, drink too much, etc.  As long as I don't get stuck somewhere between here and there, it should be a blast.  (As of last night, Portland still had all flights grounded).

     BIL called last night to arrange a gift exchange with the IL's.  Yay for that.  Not.  Tomorrow at 6:00, pray for me.  lol.
