How did you meet your DH?

drunk at a bar. one of my girls ran out of money so she started talking to this guy she thought was the owner of the bar across the street.  he didn't own it but he was god friends with the owner.  we went to that bar and he got us up in the VIP room and he introduced us to DH.  We bought a condo together 3 months later, engaged 3 months after that, married 1 year after our first date, and had Adam 3 months later!

It will be nine years ago on Christmas.  We had some mutual friends that all meant up that night for drinks.  We were friends for almost two years before we started dating.  We got engaged September of 2005 and were married in May of 2006.

At a bar....and it's funny because we were both regulars and he talked a lot more to my friend than to me. I had the totally wrong impression of him - he had a ponytail and just looked like he was a rocker type dude. SO NOT HIM! Not even close. We knew each other for about a year before we really "talked" to each other. It was NYE 2004, and I cannot believe how much has changed since then.
