I get all of our pic's done there. It really depends on the photographer. I've been to the picture people and did not get the best pictures there. Target has the best prices w/ coupons.
We went a week and a half ago and had a great experience. The pictures turned out better than I expected. There was one pose that was cropped seriously off center and cut his hand off (!?) but all I had to do was call and tell them and they're reprinting it and I don't have to give back the bad sheet. Go to targetportrait.com or the Sunday paper to get coupons. I hope this link works so you don't have to search:
Free 8x10, free sitting, and $3.99 sheets - they don't all have to be from the same pose. The paper usually has other coupons too - for the less basic prints - odd sizes, collage prints, greeting cards, etc
You can also download them for free if you have them put online. They aren't print quality and it doesn't release the copyright, but at least now I have a copy of the images we chose not to purchase.
