How do Janie and Jack sizes run?

I am buying something from Janie and jack online today and was wondering how the sizes run? Everything on their site is 25% off today!

My son wears their 18-24m shorts thats what he normally wears in Oshkosh or Carters or Okie.  In shirts hes a 2T so i havent bought their shirts yet just shorts.

My DS is really small but I think they run pretty true to size since he's in the 6-9 months still.
