I've seen and read that most babies have their hands in tight little fists most of the time. My LOs big hands are always spread out flat, except when the grasp reflex is working around my fingers or something. It's very cute, especially when he's got them pressed flat on his chest while eating. Just wondering how uncommon this is. Anyone else?
Re: newborn doesn't really make fists
My DS has his clenched when he's mad, super hungry, or working on some gas. Otherwise they're open or half open. It's kind of cute when he sleeps, he often has just the fingertips curled over and they twitch a little. It looks like he's revving his motorcycle.
