red dot on gums... teething?

I hate not knowing! Could it be a tooth? I dont see a tooth coming....  but Henry is cranky... ??

    they could get red and looked bruised and look swollen.  Then who knows from there when  you will start to see the pearly white.  Could be a couple of days to who knows when LOL.  Our DS just cut two teeth this week OMG.  I am so glad they broke thru.

    DS had a little red dot on his gums (the pedi pointed it out) and 2 days later the tooth popped!
