Can anyone Help

SIL is due at the end of Jan... she found out today that the baby is not head down yet...they told her she has three weeks for him to turn then she'll have to decide to try for a manual inversion or a scheule a c-section...she is almost completely against the CS (emergency use only kinda thing) and is flipping out right now...

I was wondering if anyone had any luck with positions or activities that helped turn a baby (he's laying with his lower back right over the cervix) without having to do a manual inversion (holy painful!)

I don't have any advice on her situation, but I had 2 sections and they're not that bad.  I know it's scary because it's major surgery and no one wants that, but it's not as bad as you would think.  Hopefully you can reassure her that a section won't be too bad.
