anyone have one? (or one with ground beef and I can replace with turkey?)
Soup sounds SOO good and trying to use what I have on hand... I have ground turkey, chicken, diced tomatoes, black beans, pasta, rice, green beans, corn, chicken broth, cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom....
I'm just not good at figuring what to put together! Thanks ![]()
Re: easy soup recipe using ground turkey??
Found this for you -
2 lg. onions, 1 diced, 1 sliced
2 lbs. washed carrots, unpeeled to keep vitamins intact
6 celery stalks with leaves
2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
6 lg. potatoes, washed, but not peeled, cubed
1 qt. water
1 qt. beef stock (can be instant or reduce your own)
Salt and pepper to taste
You may add any leftover vegetables in the refrigerator. Healthy, filling and good way to use leftover vegetables.
nto sure if someone posted this, but Taco Soup:
I can corn
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can stewed tomatos
1 can sliced olives
1 packet taco Seasoning
1 lb ground turkey, browned
1 can Black beans
Put it all in the crock pot, simmer on low all day. Serve with Shredded cheese, cream cheese and fritos.
