what to add to ketchup to make it more special & spicy

I want a spicy ketchup type dip for sausage balls but really cant find a recipe...can you girls help me out...I need it tonite!!!!!!!!!

    If you add horseradish and lemon juice it will make a cocktail sauce, spiciness depending on how much horseradish.

    Hmmm...what's in the balls? I'd say tabasco and some chipotle would be good.

    ooohhh yeah I have those spices...never gave it thought....thanks girls....this cold is clogging my brain to the point where I cant think straight

    When we have boiled crawfish we either do ketchup with horseradish (cocktail sauce) or this concoction: ketchup/mayo/lots of Tabasco/and lots of Tony's Cajun seasoning.  Yum!
