I've never been to either of those stores, but I'd try if I were you.  If they don't have that they may have something similar.  It's the Borage oil that is the key ingredient.

If you go to the pedi they will prescribe a steroid cream.  I used it with ds for a few weeks, the exzema kept coming back.  Plus I read some bad things about using steroid cream long term.  So that's when I found this stuff and it works every time and is all natural.
