If DS is wearing jeans or any pants that button, I will normally change him into sweatpants for his nap and then change him back once he wakes up. It just seems like he would sleep better in sweats than jeans.
Yes. Or a lot of times, I will just leave her without pants. It isn't a huge hassle because she always has to go to the bathroom right before and after anyway (or get her diaper changed before she was pt'd).
That's what I do, too. And if he's wearing a sweater, I take that off. In the summer if his tee-shirt is sweaty/dirty, I will put him in a fresh one before his nap, too.
I switch any "structured" pants (jeans, cords, anything with a button) or skirts/tights to sweats or leggings and remove any tops with hoods, big buttons, or bulky sweaters.
Re: Do you change DC's clothes for naps?
I always change her out of jeans, or anything with hoods or big buttons.
Are you ready for you March BFP?! LOL, better you than me! I *know* I couldn't handle it!
Yes I do, it seems more comfortable.
But at daycare she sleeps in whatever she's wearing which is always jeans.
The thought terrifies me! I shudder just thinking about it. I'd be sent over the edge, for sure!
