HCG Level at 5 weeks?

Was just wondering if anyone had the HCG levels check at 5 weeks and what the number was?  I had my first one done 2 days ago and the result was 2641 and I go back today for the second one.

My first one was 1446 and second was over 3000. That was all last week and I was around 5 wks then.

You shouldn't worry about what other people's numbers were, just that yours are doubling at the appropriate rate. There is such a range of numbers that you may make yourself insane trying to compare! GL!

I had one done the other day and it was 599 - which the dr said indicated a pregnancy of 4-5 weeks. Looking online it seems HCG can vary greatly between people - I think the key is to hope it doesn't decrease from test to test.

That seems like a good number. You just want to make sure it doubles. I don't remember mine off hand. I think it was 541 the first time, and 2900+ the second time.

when i started bleeding the first time at 7w1d, my first beta was 6017 or something like that, but i only measured 5w5d. My second beta was 63??, which obviously proved that it wasnt viable...I saw the chart that said what betas should be and mine were in the 5-6w range, not 7...

At 5 1/2 weeks my level was 5784- my OB was very pleased! The ranges are really wide though....here is a link to the beta lab ranges and the corresponding weeks of pregnancy.
