Vent - I hate being the only flexible person!

This Sunday at church there is kind of a special Christmas to-do. There are 4 of doing one aspect and other things going on. We were going to run through everything on Saturday am one last time. However, there is going to be a funeral at the church on Saturday, so that's not going to be possible. I can't do anything in the afternoon and in the evening I am busy too as well are the other girls.

2 of the girls work during the day, so meeting during the day isn't an option. I asked about meeting Thursday night, and the one who is home during the day said, nope, she has plans. I asked about Friady night, she nope it's family night. Which would leave tonight, if the other girls can do it considering they are at work and know nothing of this. Why do I have to be the ones to change my plans? Why can't anyone else take initative and tell someone that they need to do this?
