My parents need to leave

They are here visiting for a week since we won't be home for Christmas.  They are wonderful. They have cooked and cleaned and taken care of DS.  I have run errands and sat around a lot. However, our good eating habits go right down the tube when they are around. They love junk food, so my dad goes out and buys a bunch of it.  I have no restraint.  My mom and I had ice cream for lunch, and now my dad is talking going out to dinner.  I love them, but my body can not take all this food!
