Would you go back to the dr?

I took DD yesterday and they didn't find anything.  I think her cough is getting worse today, wetter.  DH just got home and doesn't think her cough is worse. 

She has been pretty happy today, until she got overtired because she wouldn't nap.  She has had a low fever that has responded to tylenol.

I have a call in to the nurse for the evening clinic at our dr.

    It can't hurt to call and talk to the nurse. I did that yesterday and she talked to the pediatrician for me to see what he wanted to do. Hope she feels better soon.

    I would talk to the nurse first. Ours is pretty good at determining if they need to see him or it can wait.

    it doesn't sound like DD is worse and the fever is being controlled.

    Trust your gut. DS woke up with a cough one morning. He just happened to have his well visit so they listened to his lungs. He was fine. Just a little cough. The next day I told DH his cough sounded "different". He told me he thought he was fine. I brought him into After Hours Pediatrics and he ended up having RSV. We caught it in just a day.

    If you think something is different, take her in.

    I hope she feels better soon.
