I would definately go with the longer one.  I regret daily cutting my off to about the first ones length.  It takes so long to grow back, much longer then I thought it would.  I am now very, very pro-long hair.

I love the first pic... I cut my hair into a short blunt bob and love it... don't miss the long hair a bit! I felt so frumpy with long hair- I almost always had it pulled back...
