UGH.  The checkout lady at the grocery store this morning was SO RUDE.  I'm 24 wks with my 2nd.  She asked if I was due soon and I said I wish, but not until April 6.  She says:  "Really? Oh, wow."  Then she asks if it is my third.  I say it is my 2nd and she pauses, gives me this pitying look and says "well, that's ok."   I am not THAT big, but thanks for making me feel like a whale, lady.  UGH!

I prefer to think that she obviously doesnt have children and has a misguided idea of what pregnant women look like at any particular week!

it's so silly.  she'll say that and I'm sure before long some other idiot will imply you're not really pregnant at all.  People just feel compelled to say SOMETHING.
