but I don't want to drive there...and honestly, I will probably stay for like 20 minutes so there is not really a point. I just feel so lazy since I really haven't gone since being pregnant since I've been so sick. I really need to cancel, but you have to go in person to do it. ugh!
Re: I want to go to the gym
I say go. It will probably make you feel really good when it is all over.
I just started really working out again about 2 weeks ago. I have a goal to reach 100 workouts by the end of the pregnancy. I am only at 30, so I have a feeling I won't get there, but it's a start I guess. Anyway, I have been motivating myself by buying a couple books and magazines and only letting myself read them if I am on the elliptical or treadmill. I don't do anything too strenous, but it still feels good at the end... plus for me, it is an hour and a half of fun for my daughter. I was recently laid off and she is not in daycare anymore. She loves going to the gym and playing with kids.
GO for it..You can do it... 20 minuntes is better than no minutes!
Working out has made me feel ten times better during my pregnancy so far and I have kept up with 4-5 days a week. When I have a headache I always go because it helps to get rid of it. It's so easy to be lazy but if you can make it to the gym you are one step closer to feeling a tiny bit better!
