Hives???

We have known for a while that DD is allergic to every kind of dryer sheets except for the Bounce fragrance-free ones.  Even the store brand of the same thing makes her break out in hives.  Well, my parents were here this past weekend and my mom, trying to be helpful, bought us some new dryer sheets (still Bounce, but not fragrance-free) and did a load of DD's laundry, and of course she got hives all over her body.  We immediately gathered up all the tainted clothes and re-washed them, but now it's 5 days later and she's still getting hives.  Not nearly as many, just a few here and there, and Benadryl keeps them pretty well under control, but could this still be the dryer sheets causing a reaction, even though the clothes were re-washed?  Could some of the chemicals still be lingering in the clothes?  Or should I start looking for another culprit responsible for the allergic reaction?  I'm currently in the process of washing her clothes AGAIN, but I'm not sure what the next step is if she keeps breaking out.
