I know she may well 'wake up' in a few weeks, but

this is awesome.

So far, DD sleeps 3-4 hours at a stretch, wakes up to eat and bat her eyes at us, and crashes again.

SO not like her brother, who demanded food every hour to hour and a half from the day he was born. I think the longest stretch he ever slept as a newborn was 3 hours.

She's been passed out cold since 6:30 this morning.

  • Hopefully, you will continue to have it easy! But yes, they do wake up but really I didn't find it too hard

  •  Congrats again...she's gorgeous!

Sounds like us. Miles was a typical newborn...up every two hours. Jonas is a MUCH better sleeper. His naps are tough sometimes, but he sleep 8-10 hours at night and has been since almost the time we brought him home.

  • DD is still comatose at 6 weeks.  It's blissful.

  • This gives me hope for our #2.  Will was just like M.  He wanted to eat ALL the time, and getting him back to sleep after night-time feedings was pretty scary.

  • DD has "woken" up but is still such a dream baby. She sleeps well for the most part, never cries...it's bliss. Congrats! I hope she stays that way for you.
