Today it snowed, but it's a big deal b/c i live in Southern Louisiana.  It's a rarity if it snows. I think it did 2 years ago and I know it did in 2004.

I had to work and DS was at daycare.  And we had enough to make snowmen.  I'm a teacher and we took the kids outside and they had snowball fights and they loved it, but I missed it with my boy.

Aww, I'd be sad about that too. ?Snow is not a huge deal here (although we don't get a ton of it), but I grew up in Houston, so I know what you mean about snow being a rarity. ?Maybe someday you guys can take a winter vacation somewhere to enjoy some snow. ?
