RP: Did your husband have a vasectomy?

 We are done with having kids and I was going to go in and have a tubal but my husband said he would go in and get a vasectomy done. I was wondering if anyones DH encountered any issues or side effects after having one done, and if so if they would be willing to share.

My DH had one and his incision site got a bit infected but it wasn't horrible.  He had it done June of 2007 and this past fall he found hard lumps on his testicles.  They did a u/s because they thought that it reattached itself.  However, it was a blockage in there that got infected.  The urologist told him he needed to um.....unload more often.
