Where to find a teddy bear?

My GM just gave me $60 to buy DD a Christmas gift. We've already bought her LOTS of toys so I was thinking about getting her a nice teady bear or something similar. GM gave me my teddy bear when I was a baby and I treasured it (and slept with it) till I went away to college.

Any ideas where to find a nice bear that is still suitable for a baby?
