I had cramping and pain and it came up a UTI.  No fun.  I'm sorry about your infection.  Pregnancy just adds to the odds of getting infections like that.

I have been cramping non-stop since the week before my bfp, it never occurred to me that it could be an infection. How strange....

A constant dull ache near the bottom of my ute and then shooting pain going up.  Last night I assumed I was having some serious gas pains.  Also some pinching sensations in my vaginal region.

oh man, I'm sorry you're going through that. I have pain like that all the time, I never know what is normal!

For some reason this just didn't seem right to me, so I went in and I am glad I did!

No fun at all. Get the diflucan pill, if your dr says its ok. It makes it SO much easier.
