No. You don't need to treat a fever that's just slightly elevated. The medicine is likely to just increase the nausea. Try wiping him down with a cool cloth if he seems uncomfortable.
not if its low grade....however you can ask your pharmasist for tylenol suppositories so you dont run the risk of him throwing up the motrin. Plus its not a good idea to give a vomiting child asprin or motrin.

I wouldn't give ANYTHING..not even water to my kid who is vomiting, until they haven't vomited for an hour..then only sips of pedialyte...motrin on an empty stomach makes me vomit....on a sick stomach I can only imagine.

I wouldn't. 1. it might upset his stomach even more, and 2. he'd probably barf it up before it could do any good anyway.
I'd just push liquids & snuggle.
