Just in case anyone's interested. It's SO good and SO easy to make!
Two-Chocolate Tiger Butter:
1 lb white chocolate chips
1 jar chunky peanut butter (12 oz.)
1 lb semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
-Combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring mixture constantly until white chocolate and peanut butter melt. Line a 15"x10"x1" pan or casserole dish with wax paper and spread peanut butter mixture in pan. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the clean double boiler. Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate over peanut butter mixture and swirl through with a knife. Chill in fridge until firm, then cut into 1 1/2"x1" pieces and store in fridge.
