I had something kinda like that a while ago. I didn't call my doctor though. A day later I fingured out for me it was just that I had to go pee and had to go #2 and just got done eating a big meal all at the same time. I guess because there is less space in the abdomen because of baby I was getting cramps from there being so much stuff in there at once.
I've had the pinchy cervix thing for a couple days now- it comes and goes, but it also feels like the good ol' standby lightning ute. I haven't had crampy feelings though, just every once in a while I feel like I've done 10000 crunches. Midwife says the 'crunches' feeling is normal.... I haven't brought up the pinchy cervix thing yet because it's not regular enough to track.
Re: No one can relate? Well now I am getting all nervous...

I hope yours is something just as simple.
Good luck.
