It wont quit. I don't know what it is. I thought it was lack of caffine, but that didn't help. Perhaps lack of water? I not a very big water drinker....never have been. it is just pounding.
Oh I feel for you. I just got over a three day one. It was horrible I took tylonol and nothing helped I called the dr. and she said clariton.. But i would call first. It felt so better after it was gone. I also slept with a heating pad on my temple thats where it was the worse and it helped me sleep better. I hope it goes away!
It could be a tension headache...?? Not preg related at all possibly... I unfortunately get them all the time and the only solution is massage... you should go get one!! I have to go at least once a month to keep my headaches at bay.
Other than that... lots and lots of extra strenght tylenol?
This might sound crazy but what is the weather doing up there? I have a headache and I am pretty sure that is the big pressure change in the air causing it. My DH calls me a human barometer and it has only gotten worse since pregnancy.

I have had a headache for about a week now. When I went to the doctor's yesterday she asked me if I was drinking enough water and then she told me to take regular strength tylenol. I am still dealing with it. Hopefully it will go away soon....
When I get headaches like that my Dr. tells me to load up on the water and slow down my salt intake. I have a very low tolerance for salt that I ignore mostly and usually need to drink a lot of water -- which I hate BTW
I keep getting them too. Def has to do with liquid intake and if you cant drink water (which I find that it lately almost makes me feel sick) drink iced tea (decaf), juice..anything to give you fluids. Also, its changes in hormones which unfortunately we cant control. feel better!!drinking water through a straw allows me to drink more
I'm kinda late on this post, but I was at the chiro last night and he said to put an ice pack your head and a heating pad on your back. Wierd I know, but he said you want to calm the nerves in your head to shrink them down and the ones in your back to open up. That way the blood flows into your back instead of all the pressure in your head.
Actually I have this too. But last night I forgot to try it, I fell alseep.
