stain gurus - want a cute outfit?

I picked up this 0-3M Rabbit Moon outfit at a sample sale intending to use it as a gift.  After I got home I saw that the left sleeve has some spots of purple dye, probably either from the polka dots or the pants.  I haven't attempted to wash/remove it, so I don't know how permanent it is (I'm terrible at removing stains!).
