I have the symphony in motion farmyard mobile - ds loves it but the stupid on/off button broke. I just spent a half hour on hold with tiny love customer service and they said that this is a problem they are having and are shipping me a free music box attachment to fix the problem. YAY! So - if you have this problem too - give them a call!

Thanks for the heads up, im not having problems with mine... I will say its probably the best purchase I made DD loves that thing
