So I am out to dinner with my husband, 2 toddlers and my brother when an older couple sits next to us. They looked uptight so I was making sure my kids were behaving. All through dinner they kept looking at our table. After I took my daughter to the restroom to clean up, Malorie kept walking near their table and waving. I took Riley to get cleaned up and we gather our stuff to leave when the gentleman askes if the kids will come over to their table that he has something for them. He opens his coat and hands each kid a $50 and tells them to put it in their piggy bank. (I should say that when their waitress walked up I saw him hand her a $50 before even ordering food.) DH and I were stunned and didn't know what to say other that, we cannot accept it and after he insisted, thank you. They kids, not knowing what they got, but knowing they got something, immediately went up and gave them hugs and said thank you. Apparently this man hands money out to people?and especially to well behaved kids during the holidays.
Wow is all I have to say!

That is amazing! So sweet your kids gave them hugs too. Im sure it warmed their hearts to see 2 sweet well behaved (and very cute) children!
My kids on the other hand would be throwing food, yelling screaming and crying. L would say he has to "poop" a million times and then probably pee in the floor after his 5-6 trip to the bathroom. (he is trained but gets excited about public bathrooms. He has to go visit at least 3-4 times and then after going to visit and not do anything he has an accident.
Glad your kids behaved and you had a nice dinner out.
How cool!
