can they sleep in bouncy seats?

DD is in the midst of fussiness hour ... her swing comes apart into a rocking chair and a reclined seat

i have it on the rocker setting and ive been bouncing it with my foot..  she has settled and might sleep... im scared to move her tho!

she would be ok in it alone in the reclined setting? babies sleep in swings right?

yeah its fine.just make sure she's buckled in - sounds silly - but you don't want her slipping down as she sleeps!

Yea my friends baby sleeps in her swing every night.  She is dreading the day when her DD doesnt fit the swing anymore

When DD was a newborn we would have her sleep in there if she just ate.  If we laid her flat after eating she would spit up.

Our kiddo naps in her bouncer every single day.  I fear the day she outgrows it.

The bouncy seat has become my arch nemesis. Yes they can sleep there. when they are little....unfortunately my 5mo now can flip out of it. So he does not spend time there anymore unless I am directly in front of him watching him every second. He used to nap there- just a warning to not make it a habit;)  I have been struggling to get him into the crib for naps!

The only concern I would have is that it can be cold that close to the floor, so I'd check her hands or something to make sure she's warm enough. Otherwise, I'm sure it's fine.
