So if you have knee boots and a sweater dress

 can you wear tights? It is way too cold and I'm way too pastey not to but I don't want that to look dumb...idk?

And if the boots are chocolate brown suede and the dress is a caramel color would the tights be in between the two shades or more towards the chocolate?

I have no idea why I'm second guessing my self on this outfit!

    Where I live, stockings are mandatory so yes, I would wear tights.  I would probably go with the darker color...keep the leg line consistent. 

    I bet you will look adorable!

    I'd wear dark tights (like chocolate) or wear a patterned tight that has both colors in it,

    Like when I wear black and gray, I might get a pair of herringbone tights or something.

    There is no way in Ohio would you want to go without tights. I would go with the dark tights to match the boots.

    The outfit sounds super cute.
