cleaning bottle warmer?

i have a munchkin bottle warmer and can not find the instructions.  i want to clean it, and remember something about vinegar...does anyone know what to do?

I just cleaned mine yesterday. . . it said to to add one tablespoon of vinegar with fresh water and let it sit to de-calcify.  I let it sit for an hour or so and it worked pretty well.
