What's the difference between Desitin and Desitin Creamy?

Is there a difference? One is in a blue tube and the other is in a purple tube.

Original Desitin has more staying power IMO.  I use the creamy if DD has no rash, but the original works better for us if she is red.  Creamy wipes off easier at diaper changes though.

Ditto the PP.  The creamy doesn't stay on well.  I'll use it occasionally but I prefer the original.  I don't like how the creamy has already pretty much wiped off on its own by the next diaper change.

Thanks! I went to the store and I looked on the back, and the original desitin has 40% zinc oxide while the desitin creamy only has 10%!! And since DD's diaper rash was bad, I got the original. It definitely has a stronger odor though.
