Thank you everyone for your help! I talked to DH and told him that I don't want to be a slave to my pump anymore and really would like to give BF another shot. I told him that I really need his support as well as the support and respect of his family if they are going to be at our home often. He said he will help me however I need him to.

Also, an aquaintance of mine recommended a great LC who is a member of LLL and I plan on calling her tomorrow. I found out that there is a public breastfeeding-friendly coffee shop only 10 minutes away from my house and they hold LLL meetings a few times a month. I am really looking forward to meeting with the LC and I am very hopeful after everyone's advice that this will be possible!

i just saw your earlier post and wanted to say congrats!  i m glad that youre asking your dh for his support and help and that you are getting other support too!  it helps so much!  good luck!!!
