I was supposed to be getting a personal trainer for a couple of months at the beginning of the year, but that's not the best idea since DH is laid off soon. I am totally clueless about how to target my problem areas (thighs and butt mainly), and diet and such. I've never had trouble staying in shape, but I think it will be more of an issue this time.
I'm not going to start quite yet, I'm still feeling exhausted, but I'd like some good resources for when I feel ready. I really don't want to spend money on WW online, so if anyone knows a good alternative, that would be great.
