PG Test - freaking out

I took a test this morning and it read "pregnant"  then I took another one a couple hours later and it reads "not pregnant."  I am freaking out!!!  I go to the doctor at 2:20.  Anyone gone through this scenario?

Your urine was just too diluted for a positive result with the 2nd test. (that's why they want you to use first morning urine)

I had this happen to me. Was your BFP with your FMU? You may just be not be very along and there is not enough of the hormone in your body. GL!

Never been there, but from what I've heard it's more likely you got a false negative than a false positive. GRATS!

yes. I got negatives on digital pregnancy tests every time I took one ( The last one I took was at 7 weeks, after being confirmed by a doctor. I took it b/c I wanted a picture of the test that said POSITIVE!)

so, anyway, they aren't super reliable or super sensitive. try a regular test, and see what it says- and GOOD LUCK!

This exact scenario happened to me.  Don't worry.  It's just that your urine doesn't have enough of the hormone in it anymore.

I don't think so. But I'm not a Dr. I would bet just about anything that you're pg.

You are probably getting a postive because you are KU.

ok.  sorry.  It is true that when I was pg with my first child I used this board a lot.  Now that I don't work I am not on the computer as much.  I am out of touch and apologize for not knowing all the lingo.

My guess is you are very early on.  Your had end hcg in your urine this am, but this afternoon it was diluted.

oh but also I don't trust those test.  They gave me a false positve. 

DH and I had been dating about 6 months, I was 2 days late took the test and almost passed out.  it clearly read pregnant but the regular EPT didn't have a line.  I got AF the next day, after testing not pregnant the  next morning...

Yep.  My BFF is due in 3 weeks.  She was on the mini pill and breastfeeding.  None of those things will give you a positive.

You're pregnant, hun.

That's the difference between FMU and more diluted pee. You are pg, congrats!

get some blood work done.  that is the 100% answer. (minus opportunity for lab error obviously)
