Hi!  I was just curious ... where do you get your family's gifts from when you're not traveling to visit them over the holidays?  Do you buy here and just ship or do you order from AmazonUK or something like that?

Hi! I buy here so that I can wrap & personalise them. I try to stick with things that won't be too big for shipping & I send it all in one box to my mum.

Thanks.  I was wondering because we're ordering everything off AmazonUK this year, but I'm having a hard time choosing toys for the kids.  It'd be so much easier if I could find stuff here.  However, I'm not organized enough to get everything done early and I don't want to know what last minute shipping costs.  At least everything at Amazon is free shipping.  Maybe next year I can get all my shopping done early.  Ha ha.

Really?  I hadn't heard about that, although DH handles all things postage and mail related.  I was actually surprised at how cheap things on AmazonUK were.  And it's free shipping after you spend 5 pounds or more!  Also, I'm loving the current exchange rate.
