NPR: Quicken Loans? Any experience with them?

I just spoke with a guy from Quicken Loans and their process is a little different than most companies we have spoken with in the past about our mortgage.  The guy seemed legit and they were offering a great rate and all that jazz.  I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with them.

I don't have any experience with them in terms of having a mortgage with them, but DH works for the company (Intuit) that created Quicken Loans.  They also make Quicken, Quickbooks and Turbo Tax.  They are a very reputable company and very legit.

We spoke with them when we purchased our house, but ultimately went with our broker who had a better deal through Ing.  My understanding is that they are a reputable source of a loan.
