I usually make pulled pork with a larger cut of meat (shoulder usually). I get the McCormick packet for pulled pork and it comes out great. Not sure how it would come out with individual chops... it's a leaner cut, I believe.
i don't know if you can do that with chops. i always use a shoulder/butt...i think you need to use that specific cut, bc one time i bought a center cut roast and it definitely didn't pull apart at all - it just got REALLY dry....
