My skin is nasty

I think I need to start doing older lady stuff like under eye cream and real moisturizer and concealer. I look like hell.

Any recs? When I start using anything other than the super heavy Aquaphor on my face that I use daily, my face breaks out.

I also have horrible dark circles under my eyes. Geez, I'm getting old.
