Two nights ago I logged onto my new Snapfish account and there was a new album called "Shared Album" with pictures of kids that were not mine. I emailed Snapfish help but haven't heard back from them.

Then late last night I was online and read a response to a post and recognized the picture - your kids' pictures are in my photo album!! It's the sepia toned picture with two kids side by side and then a few others. Do you have any idea how this happened? I just opened my Snapfish account and have never ordered anything from there before, and I'm totally ignorant on how it works. But now I'm worried that a lot of people have access to my account and thus my CC info. Do you know why your pics would be in my account? Thanks!!

Sorry, butting in.  But, this happened to me last week too.

I logged into my snapfish account and had some totally random pics of a newborn in my shared album and I have no idea who they are from.

I think it may be a glitch, but I have been wondering if other people were seeing my pictures....yikes!

She probably shared the pictures on here and you either were logged in or logged into snapfish when you viewed them by following a link she posted to show her pictures.  Snapfish saves shared photos (when you are logged into your account) that you view to your account for you so if you wanted to order those shared photos (which usually are from family or friends) you can.
