Help Mac users!

DD was "typing" on the computer and she zoomed it in somehow and I can't figure out how to zoom out.  I can't see the file edit view etc. at the top.  So I don't know if the zoom has a command to unzoom-or even if that is my problem.  She was pressing the F keys at the top (I think).
