"We'll just have to wait patiently, I guess"

This is what my annoying co-worker just said to me.  Excuse me, what is the "we'll" shiite?  It is nice that she is so excited about the pregnancy but she is really, really weird and annoying and I don't know how to get her to back off.  I don't really like discussing the details of everything at work, I prefer to save them for family and friends.  I am paranoid that she is going to ask about my progress next week since I am going to the doctor every week now.  I am thinking I will just say that my doctor doesn't do any exams (which is a complete lie, they start next Thursday) so it is truly just a waiting game right now. 

Oh Lord, what if she wants to visit me in the hospital??  I will have to have DH put his foot down on that one, he knows how much I dislike her.
