I should NOT be allowed to work when I am in THIS poor of a mood.  I don't know what it is, but I have had NO patience for customers today.  I have to deal with international people who have been here for YEARS and can't understand the simple statement "read the e-mail message I sent to you."  I WANT TO STRANGLE THEM!  Can I go home yet?
